Major Calendar Layout Update

We've updated our calendar layout to display a list of events on the right side of the calendar. As visitors scroll down the list the calendar will also automagically scroll to the next month; likewise, if visitors click to the next month, the list will scroll to the list of events in that month.

We've also made it possible to colour code your events by adding item theme tags!
